    As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Al Mizan Auto Parts Group of companies, you will play a crucial role in managing our receivables and ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and optimize cash flow.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate and send accurate invoices to customers based on sales orders and contractual agreements.
    • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments promptly.
    • Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and discrepancies.
    • Reconcile payments received with outstanding invoices and update records accordingly.

    Requirements:

    • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for digital platforms.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, knowledge of marketing automation platforms, and familiarity with CRM systems are desirable but not required.
